هیوادارین ئەم پەیامە بە باشی بە هەند وەربگرن . ئێمە کە ئەم نامەیە دەنووسین بۆ ئەوەی دەستبەجێ سەرنجتان بخەینە سەر دابەزینی مەترسیدار لە بارودۆخی سیاسی و ئابووری و کۆمەڵایەتی هەرێمی کوردستانی عێراق. لەژێر حوکمڕانی یەکێتی نیشتمانی کوردستان و پارتی دیموکراتی کوردستان، دۆخەکە بەردەوامە لە تێکچوون و کاریگەری توندی لەسەر ژیان و ئاسایشی گەلی کوردستان هەیە.
لەم دواییانەدا، هەڵکشانێکی پڕ لە کێشە لە ڕووداوە توندوتیژ لە سەرانسەری ناوچەکەدا ڕوویداوە و ژمارەیەکی زۆر کوشتن لە ناوچە جیاوازەکاندا تۆمارکراون. ئەم کردەوە توندوتیژیانە بۆ چەکدارانی سەر بە پارتی و یەکێتی گەڕێنراونەتەوە. سەرەڕای ئەوەش، دەستێوەردانی هێزەکانی تورکیا بۆ ناو هەرێمی کوردستانی عێراق کە بە درێژایی سەدان کیلۆمەتر درێژدەبێتەوە، دۆخە ناجێگیرەکە زیاتر خراپتر دەکات.
ئێمە وەک دوو نووسەر و ڕۆژنامەنووس هەست بە ئەرکێکی ئەخلاقی قووڵ دەکەین کە داوا لە فەرمانگە بەڕێزەکانتان بکەین کە هەنگاوی یەکلاکەرەوە بگرنەبەر. ئەوە ئەرکی ئێوەیە کە بانگەشە بۆ ڕاگرتنی ئەو کردەوە نەخوازراوانە بکەن و تیشک بخەنە سەر ئەو پێشێلکارییە سەختانەی مافی مرۆڤ کە لە کوردستان ڕوودەدەن. نائەمنی و سەختییە ئابووریی بەربڵاو، دڵەڕاوکێیەکی قووڵ لە نێو دانیشتوانی کورددا دروست دەکات.
ئێمە بە ڕێزەوە داواتان لێدەکەین کە توندی ئەم قەیرانە بە حکومەتەکانی خۆتان بگەیەنن. بۆ کەمکردنەوەی ئازارەکانی گەلی کورد و گەڕاندنەوەی ئارامی و سەقامگیری بۆ ناوچەکە، زۆر گرنگە هۆشیاری و دەستێوەردانی نێودەوڵەتی پەرەپێبدرێت.
سوپاس بۆ سەرنجدانتان و کردەوەی خێراتان لەسەر ئەم بابەتە گرینگە.

we hope this message finds you well. we are writing to bring to your immediate attention the alarming decline in the political, economic, and social conditions in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Under the governance of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), the situation continues to deteriorate, severely impacting the lives and security of the Kurdish people.
Recently, there has been a troubling surge in violent incidents across the region, with numerous killings reported in various areas. These acts of violence have been attributed to fighters affiliated with the PUK and KDP. Additionally, the intrusion of Turkish forces into the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, extending for hundreds of miles, further exacerbates the precarious situation.
As writers and journalists based in Sulaimani, we feel a profound moral obligation to urge your esteemed offices to take decisive action. It is incumbent upon you to advocate for the cessation of these atrocities and to highlight the grave human rights violations occurring in Kurdistan. The pervasive insecurity and economic hardships are generating profound anxiety among the Kurdish population.
We respectfully implore you to communicate the severity of this crisis to your respective governments. It is imperative that international awareness and intervention be escalated to alleviate the suffering of the Kurdish people and to restore peace and stability in the region.
